Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds for items purchased from GemmaSoleil within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

Return Process

  2. You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
  3. Package your item securely and include all original documents
  4. Ship your return using a trackable shipping service

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

Customers returning items from outside the country of purchase are responsible for:
